Resolution Pathways
This serves as a landing page for the two Formal Complaint resolution pathways available at IDHR: the Adaptable Resolution Process and the Investigation Process.
Adaptable Resolution
Adaptable resolution offers voluntary, remedies-based, structured processes—like conflict coaching or mediation—that allows the Impacted Party or Parties to agree to a resolution without disciplinary action against the Responding Party (the person or persons accused of the harmful conduct). Use this page to learn more about the kinds of Adaptable Resolution processes available to you.
Investigation Process
IDHR has been tasked with investigating Formal Complaints alleging Discrimination and Discriminatory Harassment in violation of MIT policies. Use this page to learn more about our process for investigating complaints.
